Blue Cheese Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

  • 150g mayonnaise (3 tablespoons roughly)
  • 100g creme fraiche (2 tablespoons roughly)
  • 175g Dolcelatte,Gorgonzola or similar creamy style blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 50g Stilton or similar crumbly blue cheese
  • Method

    Weigh out all of the ingredients except for the Stilton into a mixing bowl or food processor.

    Blitz together using the blender or a hand held stick blender.

    Once the dip is well blended and smooth, crumble in the hard blue cheese to give the dip more texture.
